标题: 关于在美国读完硕士后再继续读phd

我想问下在美国读完硕士后再申phd,那么是不是还是需要本科成绩单,我们学校的成绩单是自己翻译好学校直接盖章,那到时我们在美国,又不能回来,这个国内的成绩单怎么办呢?学校也不会帮我门寄呀

It is easy, You just call your friends still around your under university. They can ask your before college to issue the official transcripts directly.
