这句话的潜意思就是Garnet的员工干的时间比较长，否则怎么能说This policy saves Garnet money。因为testing是要花钱的，只有员工干的时间长，能够避免leads to conditions that require very expensive treatment，这样才能省钱！

资本家从来就不会做亏本的买卖的！
