it is more common to use "not all " to express the negative sense than "all ...not "

A和E確實有同樣的意思。LZM書中也提到了。但偶想大家是對的﹐Not all 比 All...not...
更好些﹐也更common。謝謝﹗

意思不一样，你去问问语法老师。
