标题: 有道prep上的数学题不是很明白。

a sum of $20000 from a certain estate was divided among a spouse and 3 children, how much of the estate did the youngest child receive？

1，the spouse receive 1/2 of the sum from the estate, the oldest child receive 1/4 of the remainder.

2. each of the two younger children receive $12500 more than the oldest child, and $62500 less than the spouse.

问题来了，题目是问the youngest child 的嘛。但根据条件只能知道the two younger chilldren个人得的钱啊，还是不知道the youngest.....

题目的数字你确认都对了？a sum of $20000 ，but $62500 less than the spouse？

噢~不好意思噢 sum是200000；但是主要的是我想问最后就只能知道2个younger children 得到钱啊，还是不能知道他he youngest child 能得到多少钱啊。

200000/2=100000(spouse得的钱）

100000/4＝25000（oldest得的钱）

剩下200000-100000-25000＝75000（2个young得的钱）根据2. each of the two younger children receive $12500 more than the oldest child, and $62500 less than the spouse，说明2个young得的钱是一样的，所以75000/2＝37500（每个young得的钱）。LZ没看清2的意思吧。。。

那2个younger 就不存在the youngest 了吗

存在是存在的，不过他们2个得到的钱是一样的，这是重点。

如果2 YOUNGER 是一样的钱,那么 2C+(C-12500)+(C+62500)=200000,就可以知道C=37500,答案不就是B?

那么C? 是啥意思
