如果你把that紧挨着claim之后，应该就对了。

A firm （that specializes in the analysis of handwriting定语从句） claims that （from a one-page writing sample） it（宾语从句的主语） can assess ..

如果你不想在ｃｌａｉｍ后面跟从句，则用　A firm (定语从句) claims to be able to do something.
