I don't E is right for the simple reason that sysmptomatic is an adjective.

"not so much as" is a phrase, I think, so you cannot use "but".

I will pick A. (But I am not 100% positive.)

感觉 so much +n.怪怪的，除了c有that勉强说的过去外，d和e都很怪，而且用了maybe 口语化，b里面有like a reaction caused by certain medications，罗索了
