下面说说我的感觉：我想问这个题目到底要削弱的是什么，大多数人都觉得应该是削弱“inflation不会有波动”

但是我觉得不一定是要削弱“inflation不会有波动”，我在想 impact on wages will probably be negligible这句话是一定和“inflation不会波动”联系起来么，我怎么觉得只要削弱“negligible”这个词就可以了

因此我在分析选项的时候，感觉是c是无关的比较，b说regulation，可是minimum wage policy不能保证那些employer就改邪归正了

所以我选了E，感觉这个是最impact的，直接削弱了提高wage带来的微弱影响
