同意wsrabbit的意见, 省略的主语确实是speeds, 借鉴OG中的一个比较的解释, 当比较对象不言而喻的时候,就是说不用再说一遍就能知道是什么,就可以省略. 这里既然前面的speeds离得那么近,而且比较词又是high, 主语很明确了,所以省掉! 132. According to a study by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, companies in the United States are providing job training and general education for nearly eight million people, about equivalent to the enrollment of the nation's four-year colleges and universities.
