请问除了逻辑意思，A有什么语法上的错误吗？A的这个it不存在指代问题，因为by the Wilson administration是状语，不能被指代

A:it指代the proposal改变句意….

我就发现我现在做错的题有三分之二都是题目的逻辑意思理解问题

看来还是词汇量不够

GMAT整个考试就是在考逻辑,不论是SC\CR\RC\DS\PS都以逻辑思路为准
                    

好好体会吧….这是一位NN教我的话…….
