以前记过语法笔记的,怎么都找不到了,麻烦大家帮我回忆一下~~

due to doing的用法是对的么?我记得好像是due to + phrase

拿个题帮大家和我一起复习~

  1. Because an oversupply of computer chips has sent prices plunging

  2. Because of plunging prices for computer chips, which is due to an oversupply

  3. Because computer chip prices have been sent plunging, which resulted from an oversupply

  4. Due to plunging computer chip prices from an oversupply

  5. Due to an oversupply, with the result that computer chip prices have been sent plunging

Using
    Due To

Due to means "caused by." It should be used only if it can be substituted with "caused by."

Due to
means "caused by." It should be used only if it can be substituted with "caused by."

It does not mean the same as "because of."

Incorrect: The game was postponed due to rain.

Correct: The game was postponed because of rain.

Correct: The game's postponement was due to rain.

The wordy expression due to the fact that should be replaced by because or since.
