标题: 有og題目的高手請再幫幫忙
不好意思我在做總結時.我對於ets在這些題目上的解釋存有疑慮.還請高手們多多幫忙解惑!
#146: ets說在(a)中lack of some other doctor 是unidiomatic.請問為什麼?
#150:（ｅ）rise of the moon -----why this phrase is unidomatic?
#151: (A) (C) ---eating of : ETS cites that it is not parallel. Could you explain it to me?
#152: Please explain "would "　the necessity ? I thought that maybe it could be right without "would"?

146：lack of some other doctor中的doctor应该用复数，some other doctors才对。

1, it's rare to see 'some other + singular', i can't even give an example, anybody who cites it's ok would help?
2, rise静态, rising动态. then u see missles coming to ur way, it must be an attack. rising represents the movement
3, a) connection is not parallel to excelling c) not parallel problem, but unidiomatic. connection that is apparent --->>> apparent connection
4, here 'would' is necessary as subjuctive mood is used. might escape//(might) kill + would

150.rising of the moon 和a massive missile attack不对称，rising of the moon表示一种动作，rise of the moon是状态。
151．A时态不平行，C,any apparent contection 比that从句简洁。
152．ABDE不对，C可能是虚拟

I am not sure what you meant on your point 4. I can understand that it is subjunctive mood, but why do you not just use "might"? and if we use "would", where should we place this "would"? Could you show me in a complete sentence?

#151  the eating of => here "eating" is a noun whereas "excelling" is a V-ing
#152  subjunctive mood. How to judge?? by the term "never before seen", so the author applied "might". Since the mircobe is never before seen, how do we know whether humans have no actural defenses against it?? So here we need "would" to state the tone as subjunctive mood

i think 'might' represents a possibility. while there r already 2 'might's there, the author chooses a different word 'would', which, in my opinion, can be replaced by 'might' theoretically, is used to avoid overuse

我有不同的意见。146 lack of some people在英文中没有这样的说法，lack一般指not to have enough of sth, 而非sb.
rising of the moon 是表状态。rise做名词讲的意思是增加，上涨，兴起的意思。
做动词才有升起的意思。
151eating 和 excelling 平行，如果是eating of 就无法和excelling平行，同时，eat为vt,因此不用加of.

154 would是必须，因为在此是表示过去对将来的推测。
