That might be helpful. (I think the ranking might be interesting if they do another test considering only the doctorates placed in academia)

but the ranking with doctorates' publications does make sense to me

Nice to see that my school secures a fine niche in almost every chapter of the ranking.

But how the author compared Chicage with Princeton is a mystery, as the latter doesn't even have a b-school and formal finance dept while Chicago might be the flagship in the area and perhaps the pioneer of modern finance.
