第一道C选将, per milligram,遮住不看,再对造句意the drug’s maker charges后少了受词,而这受词为前面的the price所以使用that带正确..

D/E两个选项都不能代回去..至于A/B明显必删

第二道同意因为The market……………..remains主谓一致..
