funding for summer jobs is limited => limited positions. reject many highly qualified applicants => too many applicants/qualified applicant. So, supply > demand

A exactly the meaning behind the letter.
B Wrong, Can't be derived from the letter
C. Wrong, because it repeats part of the letter content. Also it infers to "government office" when it should be "local governmentment office.
D Wrong, Can't be derived from the letter
E B Wrong, Can't be derived from the letter

但是那个B为什么不行啊？我承认A是对的。但是B呢？

不是最后一句说Consequently,we are forced to reject many highly qualified applicants吗？
