C用最简练的语言表达出A和B用完全没必要的啰嗦词汇所表达的意思。

我记得我昨天解释过这道题。这里用conditional的would have是因为这句话是假设构造，所以后句必须用would have来完成假设或用had来体现已经发生了的意思。本题没有had选项，故选D。
