C用最简练的语言表达出A和B用完全没必要的啰嗦词汇所表达的意思。

我记得我昨天解释过这道题。这里用conditional的would have是因为这句话是假设构造,所以后句必须用would have来完成假设或用had来体现已经发生了的意思。本题没有had选项,故选D。

more accurate 与句子后半段的now暗示其实现在的人做得还不够,也就是说“他们本应该做的更好”
