请问这两个选项有何不同，应该选哪个呢？谢谢

我会选D 因为not only A…but also B平行对称漂亮..

D: not only but also表示前後一樣重要

E：用as well表示前面比較重要，有扭曲原意之嫌。

應選D較佳
