别的不敢说，但has/HAD与 ever一同出现的时候，ever应该在后面。
但C与A还是时态的差异，关于A为什么用现在完成时，可以参考一下以前的讨论。

回答第二题：

这题的关键是than ever before用现完。所以可以排除其他选项。主语为复数。

in greater detail程度副词短语，只能修饰study。修饰名词解释不通。

2, in addition to shelly's explanation, i think choice B is a broken sentence, shouldn't be prioritized.
3, i would argue it should be analyze from meaning point of view. we all know that retailers always prominently advertise lowest prices to attract customers. so it makes more sence to stick the word 'PROMINENTLY' to 'lowest prices.'
