87。The debate over bilingual education centers on the issue of whether the United States should foster the idea of single common language, an idea, some believe, that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together
121。 Severe and increasingly numerous critics are pointing to deficiencies in the British legal system that seem to deny a proper defense to many clients who are charged with crimes.
87。the idea of single common language, an idea, some believe, that
121。pointing to deficiencies in the British legal system that seem to 用的定语从句

87。The debate over bilingual education centers on the issue of whether the United States should foster the idea of single common language, an idea, some believe, that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together
87。the idea of single common language, an idea, some believe, that
an idea that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together整个一起做the idea of single common language的同位语,其中that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together做定语从句修饰an idea。

that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together做定语从句修饰an idea。 我的意思是说该题的an idea that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies 整体与 the idea of single common language是同位语. 其实也就是an idea 与 the idea of single common language 是同位语。
我认为可以改成 the idea of single common language that has in the past been crucial in binding diverse constituencies together. 去掉 the idea.
