答案是C，我选B。因为觉得deal应该用单数was。查旧贴说负数是因为”虚拟语气”。不解。请教。Thanks.

虚拟语气，当表示与现实相反的时候,从句谓语动词用were。具体的虚拟语气，可以看一下语法书。

况且，buying动名词没有动词buy好。

that includes的结构错误，因为不知道that是修饰限制谁的，如果修饰 agreement ，应该紧跟其后，中间出现了动词is signed，这个结构看起来很奇怪，肯定错误：）

A应该不存在指代不清吧？整句只有一个复数名词investors
