挖个坟，对啊对啊，that是形容极端天气的啊，所以不能说欧洲图书馆没有遇到袭击美国图书馆的那个极端天气，用that修饰让人感觉到像是同一次极端天气
应该是没有遇到像美国图书馆那样的极端天气，NN？
