我对答案B的疑问是：method of sculpture in which workers lay copper sheets over wooden molds定语从句修饰method还是sculpture是否清楚？定语从句肯定修饰中心词method吗？

修饰method of sculpture.
事实上B是最完美的表达方式，其它有的把不该平行的意思平行了，如E，有的该平行却没平行，如A（lay＋pounding），C，do a method of is awkward, D: to do repousse appears strange 而且原句表达意思的层次也完全不见了

BINGO! METHOD. it means, in the method, workers lay copper sheet... and then ...(using a hammer) pound ... a perfect expression

Longman中，在method of/for doing sth.的用法中, method为可数形式，为何本题的正确选项中，method没有冠词？请教NN。谢谢。

Good point. Should be "a method of sculpture in which ...." Could be a typo.

这题我选了D的。

B错，觉得不平行：Repousse is method of sculpture in which workers lay copper sheets over wooden molds and then, using a variety of exotic hammers, carefully pound the metal into shape，而且还method前缺一个a呀。

D：Workers who lay copper sheets over wooden molds use a variety of exotic hammers and carefully pound the metal into shape in order to do repousse, a method of sculpture。动词的平行很好呀，只是后面a method of sculpture，有点突然，但是这个小问题可以忽略把，D怎么不对？

顶一下,谁能解决下为什么B用的是 pound 啊? 这里为什么要用using,而且后面的pound不用pounding那?谢谢了

我的理解：

B:lay和pound平行，using a variety of exotic hammers修饰pound

D:use前面没有comma，句子结构有问题，而且a method of sculpture作为同位语改变了句子重心
