One cannot necessarily conclude that fluorides are useless and can be forgotten from the fact that brushing teeth regularly by using no matther what tooth paste will reduce the chances of tooth decay. Choice B indicates the flaw in the line of reasoning. Choice C is not a criticism of reasoning
