标题: 茫然...如果读一个三流学校的JD容易转到好学校的JD吗
因为LSAT考的比较低,大盖能申到三流的JD, 不知道先出去了能不能转到好学校读JD呢?难度大吗?真的很茫然!~请大家帮助

我知道我们学校以前一个已经有了llm的女生(top 40)是在JD的1L的时候拿了straight A 转到Upenn去的.所以,要看你的学校是什么样的, 要看你想转的学校是什么样的,看你第一年GPA 怎么样, 可能还看你的其他背景吧. 什么事情都有可能的.不过1L得尽量拿好成绩是肯定的了．

谢谢回答,请问3楼的大侠,你说的那个刚开始女生读JD是在TOP40的吧? 但是如果我上一个100多名以后的学校,想转到Upenn这样的学校是不是会比她更难呢?

Law school is a big investment (both of money and time)and the simple fact is that not every one gets into big law firms (so that they can pay off the debt quickly).

Even in a top law school, 1L can be very stressful. I guess it can be worse in a tier 3 law school, as people have to work their ass off in order to get a decent job.

It seems you are still in China now. Think twice before making the decision to study abroad. If you really think law school is sth you want, why not try taking lsat again so that u can go to a better place? I think to get a better lsat score is relatively eaiser(and arguably less painful) than to rank top 5% in law school.

其实读JD差学校比好学校更难拿好成绩，差的学校排名分的很清楚，而且人人都想拿好成绩转学或者找好工作，好学校没有排名没有GPA,人人都能找到工作，竞争压力差很远。T100以后基本没有希望转到T14,除非你top1%.

基本上不可能，因为好学校1L是最难的，好学校都认为不经过1L考验的学生是不能确保质量的

呵呵，其实也是对的。现在跨国法律人才是满稀缺的，先占个位置再说也不错。JD太耗时耗力了

top 70 的法学院转top 14 的有可能吗？1L的成绩为top10%。
