两篇国际会议，作过一次ｐｒｅｓｅｎｔａｔｉｏｎ

想申　Ｍａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ　Ｓｃｉｅｎｃｅ　方向

给点建议吧，能申大概多少名的学校

Would you mind sharing what kind of "International Conference" you attend?

If it was held in the States, of course, you can know many professors. Just contact them, it is very easy for you to apply for a Ph.D.

Hard to say. Depends on how your research background.. If you feel confident, try 30-50.

In fact, it is an IEEE conference, not in the State but in China, mainland. All the paper may be included in the IE indexed.

With your background, especially master's GPA and GRE, it would not be optimistic, unless you have extraordinarily strong recommendation, else don't waste time and money.

i cannot see the chance with gre of 460. you better have a score above 80% (90% is better).
