A咋一看好像我也觉得对，后来一想，这个车子啊，每年都有人买车的，只要是93年后买的新车，肯定有那个装置啊，而且随着时间的流逝，肯定新车越来越多啊，所以A不能选

B slightly，没啥帮助

都排除了，只能选E喽

我又看了一遍A是不是错在MORE上了，如果是MOST怎么样？

我自己雖然也錯，但是看了一下，題目中有說

Yet although the proportion of new cars in Donia's capital city has always been comparatively high,

若是選A，就跟題目中的敘述有衝突

所以選E才對
