D为什么是错的 ??? 是不是由于and前后不对称???

D应该改为 as long as 30 feet, 不能是 as big as 30 feet long,因为30 feet long不能用big来修饰,
举个例子:一条绳子有30 feet long,但不能称之为big.

这道题我想请问can grow 和is 并列没有问题么？

grow to be 是个固定用法，所以也应选Ａ

"As big as"
is a simile that should be followed by an object of comparison, not a length.
For example, "as big as a house."

(新聞句子) Latrice Rocha's eyes seemed to grow as big as
grapefruits.

But "big" doesn't fit the verb "to grow." You need an
adverb that describes *how* that something grows, and compare it to an object
that also grows. "It can grow as rapidly as
a teenage boy [grows]."
