#70的解释是说liable 应该用to be/do, 而不用be liable that, often 的位置没错.
#72的B: 意思是说increased more than two times 歪曲了原文的意思, 将意思变成: degree的number 经过了两次不同的增加. D的意思是: was more than doubled用的被动语态, 暗示有什么人或者部门做了double这个动作.
#73中的E, 解释的意思是:the necessity of what kind of military action in order to take for dealing with it中的语序冗赘, 想一下, the necessity究竟应是什么的必要性,是what kind of military action 吗?不是,应该是action ,而不是kind 对吗? 而且,"... be necessary" 要比 "the necessity of ..."要简洁的多.
