第一个问题中的is还是应该补出吧，因为后面的is是助动词，跟前面的is作用不一样。
先补充下63中的dispose词性： transitive verb 1 : to give a tendency to : INCLINE *faulty diet disposes one to sickness* 2 a : to put in place : set in readiness : ARRANGE *disposing troops for withdrawal* b obsolete : REGULATE c : BESTOW intransitive verb 1 : to settle a matter finally 2 obsolete : to come to terms 所以这里的dispose应该用作不及物动词 A中的 disposing of or servicing修饰anyone，句子意思很清晰。
