Official transcripts from all colleges or universities you attended that count toward a degree. The transcript should be delivered to the School of Management in a sealed envelope from the school's registrar's office. This may arrive with other documents mailed from you or directly from the issuing institution.

这是学校的要求. 请问红色部分:sealed envelope是什么意思?在 envelope 上要盖骑缝章么??? 我的学校在我的成绩单上盖了章,但是没有什么信封上盖章的.这样可以么?而且,我不在我就读大学的那个地方了,估计比较麻烦再搞成绩单.

我个人准备一个信封,把有盖章的成绩单放进去,然后密封,这样可以么?（就是没有骑缝章在信封上）。谢谢各位的帮忙

i don't have that stamp on the envelope.

will i be rejected?the problem is that i am not in that city anymore. it is hard to ask for the stamp on the envelope

only have stamp on the transcript
