正确选项：A。我选了B。可是，怎么判断that是指代folks and a life-style, 而不是指代a life-style 呢？

用复数谓语使得意思表达清晰，OG里有类似题。另外记得在前人的语法总结里提到这点：当A&B that do/does, 最好是do. 不无道理，清晰呀。

谢谢。可还是有点不明白：
A and B that do...这种用法是定规吗？
还是说：如果that指代A或B中的一个，而不是A and B,就应该改为：
A that does... and B,否则就应该用A and B that do...
那这样会不会头重脚轻？

读懂这句话的意思,就不难判断that是修饰前面的folkways and a life style

我的理解是：在A和B都讲得通时，A应该是首选。因为选B就改变了原句的合理意思。

如果that 不是修饰folkways and a life-style，而只是修饰a life style的话，可以用which引导的非限定修饰他啊。所以这里应该就是修饰两个的吧。
个人见解而已，不一定对。
