我选的是C，但答案给的是B，好像不太对。

主句应该是
the army is … old and took … to complete,

而B的主句是the army is … old and took … to complete it.

各位有没有什么高见，觉得是B对还是C对？

句子的主干应该是：

..., the army of t-t created ...and took...

B选项加上it，表述的更清楚。it直接指代the army... 如果没有it，表达不够清楚，不知道花了这么时间用了这么多人完成了什么。

不太赞同楼上的意见.

这个主干应该是The army of terra-cotta warriors是主语, created to protect Qin Shi Huang是修饰这个army的,即

The army of terra-cotta warriors, which was created to protect Qin Shi Huang

接下来是两个平行的谓语,即

is more than 2,000 years old

and took … to complete.

有个基本的语法我记得应该是例如

The road took three years to complete.

或者It took three years to complete the road,

但不能说The road took three years to complete it.

套用到这个句子应该是The army took … to complete,不应该是 to complete it.

所以不知道为什么答案选的是B.

本题出自那个13套样题,里面有不少答案好像都是有问题的,

所以很怀疑这个题目的答案有问题.
