what is your understanding?
It seems that the strengths and weaknesses should be something about your leadership. To describe a situation when you demonstrated leadership to achieve a better outcome, you may write something to show how you have a clear vision, how you persuaded others, influenced others, how you acted on your plan, and what the results were.

我的理解是分别说一下自己的优点（如主动性、团队精神、责任感）、缺点（如缺乏策略管理等方面的系统知识，需通过学习MBA来弥补等），不做展开。然后举一个例子，说明自己如何把整个团队凝聚起来克服困难完成一项任务。但我的朋友的理解是把优缺点和这个案例结合起来写，通过这个案例不仅展示了领导能力而且还克服了自己的缺点，不知道哪种理解正确。请请教！作者: sfish 时间: 2003-12-3 23:33
