wealthier,better-educated 和more polished都是比较对象 people的定语，C中只体现了more polished这一个定语

1,出于简洁原则，定语从句中的主语和be动词尽可能省略，

2,如果未经省略的定语从句和ed分词定语所表达意思没有差别，优先使用ed分词做定语。

很多SC题目都有这个语法现象。
