我想问一下，B, C和D选项最后的there是不是有问题啊？解释里面没有说这个问题。我记得以前做OG的时候好像遇到过，谢谢大家。

BCD中there的表达好像很特别，看着很别扭，我主要排除的是因为其有being,错误选项的标志。

以D为例，正确顺序应该是：

that rental rates for buildings in the suburbs were far lower than rental rates typically charged for property located within the city limits

我不根据there也可以选出正确答案，但是就是想问一下there是不是错了啊？
