1,because people often drive when it is feasible to walk ,so the new suggestion that people shoule walk as much as possible will reduce the pollution.
2,pollution can be dibidede into two kinds,one is cause by running vehicles,the other is caused by nonrunining vehicles,such as the car waiting before the red light there are more vehicles in the road ,there are more congetions,so the pollution will be greater.
