申请材料越早提交越好，11月中旬甚至更早就有可能预审现在已经收到的几份材料，所以，想申的抓紧办

另外友情提示一点： HR项目的大牛人Professor Noe是研究培训的，可以说是培训界北美第一人，他的方向是： trainee attitudes (e.g., career planning, job involvment), trainee motivation (e.g. pre-training motivation), transfer of training, self-efficacy等。他指导的学生最后都是去了最顶尖的商院，所以，研究方向一致的xdjm套磁的时候可以适当地。。。。

BTW，申请者本科或者研究生专业不一定局限于HR或者OB，学 I/O Psy 的其实是最适合的

You can ask for a substitute by writing them an email. Someone ever did so successfully, but she eventually quited the program.

问一下楼主，我没有研究经验，国际商务管理专业毕业，当了两年大专老师，GMAT780，托福102（打算再考，但怕来不及），你觉得我可以试着申请一下吗？如果希望不大我就还是申请那个会计的，如果有点希望我对HR更感兴趣。谢谢！

你申请的时候必须对HR有所了解，真的对其中一个方向能言之有物，这才有可能录取，只是说感兴趣是不够的
