for example : you can eat rice as much as you can.
两个as都是连词，用于比较的结构，两个as 要成对出现。

我还是翻意思好了。任何的medical tes的结果都有可能不准确，如显示为阳性而实质上是阴性，或是显示为阴性，而实质为阳性。
