A是答案应该，明显排除b，d，e中的it后面没有to do 也没有从句，明显有问题，c中的distributed后面的主语是control，明显不对，应该是这个东西被distributed，所以答案只能是a

luyuxingv翻译为：尽管小的玉米秆钻心虫分布很广泛，但是，仅仅在南方需要方法S来控制它。

CONTROL可以做名词，所以把这句话理解成“尽管小的玉米秆钻心虫分布很广泛，但是仅仅在南方需要控制”，所以选A为什么就不可以呢？
