这句整体考的是一个平行的问题。 growing fish... cutting their feed allotment and raising them. 所以不能用with独立主格结构作伴随.

就平行问题搞定即可A do B as…as C do D

就剩D\E可挑..

E的,with就产生修饰歧义..

So, correct ans is D
