with引导的独立主格没有什么问题啊．

D选项中，with独立主格结构中加了that从句来修饰主语fear, 似乎是不符合独立主格的形式，过于复杂化，而且that 没有紧跟fears 容易让人误解that 是raise的宾语。 E 选项明显优于D，表伴随。要记住GMAT的语法是要选最优的哦！

查了with独立主格结构的7种形式，列出如下。

一、句法结构

【结构一】 with ＋名词（代词）＋介词短语

例１ He sat there thinking, with his chin on his hand．

他手托下巴，坐在那儿沉思。

【结构二】 with ＋名词（代词）＋形容词

例２ He stared at his friend with his mouth wide open．

他张大嘴巴凝视着他的朋友。

【结构三】with ＋名词（代词）＋副词

例３ With production up by 60％, the company has had another excellent year．

产量上升了60％, 公司又是一个好年景。

【结构四】 with ＋名词（代词）＋名词

例４ She used to sit reading in the evening with her pet dog her only companion．

她从前总爱在晚上坐着看书，她的宠物狗便是她唯一的伙伴。

【结构五】with ＋名词（代词）＋现在分词

例５ She stood there chatting with her friend, with her child playing beside her．

她站在那儿跟朋友闲聊，孩子在旁边玩。

【结构六】with ＋名词（代词）＋过去分词

例６“I think we can leave with our heads held high,” Eriksson said．

“我认为我们可以高昂着头离开，”艾里克松说。

【结构七】with ＋名词（代词）＋不定式

例７ With 10 minutes to go, you’d better hurry．

D不是用了with+n+v-ed形式吗，很对啊，不知道还有语法错误吗？如果没有Ｅ，能选Ｄ吗？

" , with... " could modify subject of the sentence, which is "A Swiss government panel" here. Therefore, the meaning is changed to " the Swiss panel is feared that..., so the Swiss panel recommend to sell gold..."

While, this reversed the original meaning: "Swiss sell gold" should be the cause, not the effect.

就是说啊，怎么看都觉得D没什么错呢。

而且觉得would do比do要好，有一个可能会发生的意思在里面。。。。。。

刚做到T-3-Q2，答案就是with the result that....怎么在这道题里with fears就不好了呢，疑惑ing.......

题目的E没有would，变成raising fears that other countries do the same and inundate the market，怪怪的

不知道D有什么问题，麻烦NN解释下哈～

raising是结果状语吧,是前面整个一句话的结果,觉得E好,对WITH很没有好感

简单一点，偶觉得如果是with fears (that... )raised 就对了，而这里raised把fears和其定语修饰成分分开了，不好。
ＧＭＡＴ考试中很强调　修饰语靠近修饰成分。

我的版本也没有，不同意10楼，这种倒装GMAT出现很多次，我觉得不是考点

E 中没有would也让我好一个纠结,不过从逻、辑意思上来看，这个地方确实应该来个结果状语，是瑞士政府的举动引起了恐慌，而不是伴随着引起的恐慌，瑞士政府做出了一下举动

PS 是不是版本问题...谁来解释一下would...
