答案:E, 说实在的,我没看到懂...-_-请指教!!

原文说，虽然政府给每个老人的养老金增加了20%，很多的生活并没有更好。

E的解释是：小孩们会照顾父母，但是，仅仅给他们足够生活的钱。意思是，政府增加了。小孩就减少支持。最终老人的钱没有变。就是没有更好了。（在现实中，总体的debate常有人提到，某某政策的好处，都因为这样的原因，并没有得以实现。就是这个例子）

而D，这部分人的增加，没有改变很多人的到更多养老金的事实，不能反驳那些人生活可以改善的这个推论。所以不能支持原文。

再补充一点。

D是对部分样本的影响，并不能直接推出整体的后果，E是对全部样本有效的影响，必然导致结果。
