这应该算一种介宾短语修饰之前的中心词吧, 总之应该是一种修饰语, 不需要连词

D中的them，不会有修饰歧义吗?

这种是可以出现的, 这些年经常出现这种前面有两个复数名词, 后面有个they/them的, 就近指代
