the development与the use对称，排除b.d.e

a 不如b简洁

这里是表系主倒装结构，如果还原的话，是：

the use of the new technology （主） has been（系） no less remarkable than the development of the compact disc（表）

这样子看，应该清楚了吧，主要还是要意识到这是个倒装
