答案选A，我没有异议 ---- 不过要问一下，acted / benefited 是什么结构？

我觉得不能理解成一般过去时，难道是被动式，should be被省略？？？？不太理解，请NN指教

这里就是一般过去式，表示过去已经发生的行为

表示员工确实acted within the scope of ....和the coorporation 也确实是benefited。强调动作的已经发生
