A: did不就是助动词？一般过去时

101 D.defying efforts 不是与dollar搭配，写得很清楚了defying efforts的逻辑主语是by policymakers

用dollar是因为要与前面的代词it一致

49.我的意思是：比较从句的省略应该是保留助动词(has)省略动词(grown),这里did能和has对应吗？

我觉得did应该是指的grow吧.请指教

这里grow during the 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture to 1950 用的就是一般过去时

两个事物比较只需要比较对象一致，没有说时态要一致啊

比如过去的和现在的比，时态当然不一致

这道题就是虽然是大段时间，还是用了过去时，是强调过去的动作形成对比

呵呵，感觉efforts的逻辑主语似乎policymakers，但是defying的主语不是吧，是不是dollar拟人呢？
