B 是答案可是 vt sb that 是个明显的错误结构啊

advise的普遍用法：

advise (sb) that...

D 中 advise sb as being... 应该不是更prefer的用法

查了下字典

advise :

we advise that steps be taken at once

advise that 没有sb 而且是虚拟语气

adivise sb of :

advise sb of the consequences

而且上xdf时说了 vt sb that 不对至少在gmat里不对

.... 但是d 的being 也不大对.... totally confused~

likely 明显比 likelihood 好

刚查了下字典，advise有advise sb. that的用法

但是这里的advise不是tell someone what you think they should do的意思，而是tell somebody about something

advise somebody that (不用虚拟语气)
e.g. They advised him that the tour would proceed.

这里的advise应该只是当告诉讲

看来XDF的V+O+that一定错的理论是站不住脚的
