标题: 请教：答案为什么不是C？

For sinus pain, three out of four hospitals give their patients Noves. So when you want the most effective painkiller for sinus pain, Noves is the one to choose.

which of the following, if true, most seriously undermines the advertisement's argument?

c. many drug manufacurers increase sales of their products to hospitals by selling these products to the hospitals at the lowest pricr the manufacturers can afford.

d.unlike some competing brands of painkillers, Novex is available from pharmacies without a doctor's prescription.

我觉得答案是C才对啊，因为低价所以医院才用这种药，而不是因为effective.

怎么会是D呢？without a doctor's prescription 并不能削弱四分之三的医院开noves的事实啊，怎么能削弱该广告呢？

知道答案想问题还是比较简单的，你看看这样解释对不对：

广告认为3/4的医院都给病人N来治疗SP，因此你想要最有效果的要治疗SP的话，那当然选N。－－－推理－－因为用的多，所以最有效

C,是说许多药厂为了增加他们的产品对医院的销售，提供他们能负担的尽可能低的价格。

c完全牛头不对马嘴啊，既没有说N，也没有说SP，更没提到选与不选N是最有效的治疗药的情况啊，你怎么就认为－－因为低价所以医院才用这种药，哪里说了N的药价格低了啊。说的是很多药厂这样做，但是没说N的厂这样做了。

D，说的是不象竞争品牌的painkiller，N没有医生处方就可以买到。
想想D的意思就是：买N的话不用医生开处方就可以，如果要买其他的竞争品牌的painkiller，那是需要先找医生开处方才能买到药的，
正因为N容易获得，所以销路好，医院用的也多，但并不一定它就是最有效的。

所以d正确，

D的答案也蛮恶心的：N容易获得，柜台上销路好；然后医院看到有利可图就去大量进这个药卖给病人——给人治病不是看疗效而是考虑效益，医院好黑啊！

学习了，俺也是两个答案中的猜想，希望NN解答，

看了上面的解释，我还是不能理解C。有疑问：
1，从题目只能推出用的多，所以认为是最有效的。楼上的推出not because it is the most effective painkiller for sinus pain, but because it is inexpensive.是如何推导的？
2，我承认价格低医院会用，但是医院也要赚钱是把，进价低并不表示销售价也低啊？
3，C提到有的药价格低，但没说是N,那么只能推导可能N价格低也可能N价格高，问题是如果把低价药跟N联系在一起呢？

感觉作题思路完全没有。

正确答案是C，offcial guide上有。

我做的是新东方蓝皮的习题，书后面给的答案是错的。误导我。
