A 中 'that communication is a two-way process ' 是一个同谓语从句，指代importance, 表示‘通信是一种双向过程’这个概念的重要性； B 中 communication 直接修饰iportance, 强调成通信的重要性。

that...后面为同位于从句，importance与communication is a two-way process 不恰当；
如果为定于从句，importance 不止为什么成份，
communicaiton 修饰importance ,比较合理，
