不要光是想着技巧那一套，关键要理解题目的意思，题干，大概就是说，我们要锻炼身体，保持自己身体的物理健康，这样怎么怎么好，我们要不惜一切的锻炼锻炼，但是这样又会使我们忽略了精神健康，虽然我们从身体物理健康上是一匪浅，但是我们还是需要精神健康的（就象我们说的两个文明一起抓） 答案当然是5了，不能太极端啊，如果你一方面的抓身体健康就会忽略精神健康是不是就要导致一些健康问题啦？？明白了没作者: Snazzy 时间: 2003-11-30 11:56
