这不是个倒装吗?capital has been so abundant for commercial real estate that investors regularly scour the country for areas in which to build

就是说用于建商业房的资金充足,以致投资者在全国范围内四处寻找可供建造楼房的地区.

用so that 很容易判断出正确答案
